Cozens Ranch Museum (CRM), a branch of Grand County Historical Association, invites artists to participate in our Summer Art Show & Sale. The show kicks off the summer in the Fraser Valley, running from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

It is free to participate, with a 60% (artist)/ 40% (CRM) split of sales.

We encourage flowers, landscapes, animals, imagery of SUMMER -- fresh work, recently completed. We like diverse styles, media, abilities, and prices.

Artists may submit one large original work (16” x 20” framed max.) or two small original artworks (12” x 14” each, framed). We are artist friendly & flexible.

Art and Registration Due: Wednesday May 22 at Cozens Ranch Museum.

CRM is located across the street from Grand Park Recreation Center on Hwy 40 at the Winter Park/ Fraser town border. CRM is open Wed - Sat, 10 am- 4 pm and select evening hours. Admission fees apply.

Experienced curators will install and oversee the exhibit. Curators are artist-friendly and their decisions are final. Depending on number of entries and sales, curators may request additional artworks and rotate pieces.

Cozens Ranch Museum is busy in the summer and we anticipate solid sales, following the success of our first show and sale over the winter of 2012-13. Well-publicized exhibit events will attract visitors and buyers to the Grand Summer Art Show & Sale. Artists are encouraged to attend the Opening Reception on Friday May 24, from 5 – 8 pm.

Eligibility & Submissions

-open to all artists with interest in Grand County, Colorado
-all entries will be original works, fresh and created within the year. For artists with work currently on display
-all entries will be for sale (Artists receive 60% of sales; CRM will retain 40% commission)
-all media accepted (painting, drawing, textile, pottery, glass, digital work, limited edition prints, and photography)

-all works must be delivered ready to hang
