Glass Fusing Holiday Workshop with Marianne Hite Lets make our gifts this year! Sat December 15, 2012, 11am – 2pm, $45 or $40 for PAA Members. Choose (in advance) from Jewelry, Ornaments, or a Nightlight! Make a comforting and colorful nightlight out of frit and beautiful glass pieces in this one-day workshop. Or learn to make hanging pendants and/or earrings. Glass fusing is the melting together of different pieces of glass that are compatible with each other. We will cover glass cutting, compatibility of glasses, and briefly touch on the firing process. The glass will be ready for pick-up after final grinding is done. Allow 1-2 weeks, or we can mail it to you for $5.00. Additional glass may be purchased from the instructor. Children ages 10 and up welcome with paying adult. Register on-line here
