Framing Nature exhibition

A collection of artworks depicting images of nature with a particular focus on West Australia. This is the first exhibition of a group of 4 West Australian Botanical and Natural History artists, featuring work by both established and emerging artists.

The unique flora and fauna have been beautifully depicted in oils, watercolours, coloured pencils and graphite in a diverse range of styles, and are displayed in the stunning Zigzag Gallery in Kalamunda, WA.

Through their work, each artist is hoping to raise awareness of the importance of preserving the native plants and encouraging people to plant suitable varieties in their own backyards. They welcome the opportunity to share their passion with other art and nature lovers. The exhibition provides a chance to acquire works by these talented artists.

Official opening is Friday 30th August at 6.30.
