Evening Art Class - Intermediate Oils 201

So.... you want to loosen up and not worry so much about the detail? I hear this all the time from my artist friends. Fresh, impressionist-style, wet in wet painting, where every stroke counts is the mantra for this five week course.

You will need some experience with oils plus your own materials. We will touch on colour mixing, brushwork, environmental and safety issues. We will work from photographs to practice components such as skies, water, trees, rocks, fields and buildings. We will discuss topics such as composition, perspective, value, and more.

This class will be held in Barrie, at my home studio, on Wednesday Evenings from 7pm to 9:30pm, starting March 5, to April 2, 2014. Fee: $150.00
