DIVERSITY Solo Exhibition in Bucks County May 4 to 26
The Stover Mill Gallery is pleased to present “Diversity”, paintings by Lynda B. Evans of Solebury, PA. Running from May 4 – 26, visitors will see paintings in a broad range of subjects, mediums, and sizes. Meet the artist at one of two receptions being held on Saturday, May 4, and Sunday, May 5, from 1 – 5 p.m.
Painting at her grandfather’s easel (the highly acclaimed muralist, Ezra Winter), Lynda has created mainly oil and pastel paintings for this show from the Bucks County area as well as from her travels. Her focus is mainly landscapes with some still lifes as well. The long lineage of accomplished artists in her family has had a strong influence on her interest in pursuing a career in art. Her long awaited emergence as a painter has been very rewarding and highly acclaimed. Being mostly self-taught, she has taken workshops with many local and internationally known artists. Lynda was recently included in the Worldwide Who’s Who for her dedication, leadership and excellence in fine art. She is a member of Artsbridge, the Artists of Yardley, The New Hope Art League, and The Arts & Cultural Council of Bucks County.
Her previous (and first) solo exhibition at the Stover Mill Gallery was highly successful, giving her the second place in sales for the gallery’s season. Currently Lynda works and shows from her studio, The Cottage Studio & Gallery in Solebury, PA, which is open to the public on a limited basis. For further details see her website: www.LyndaEvansArt.com.
