Central California Art Association at Mistlin gallery is hosting “Building Blocks and Childhood Structures” prints by J. Shiloh Gastello,Tuesday, June 18 to Friday, July 25. The prints feature abstract shapes that are inspired by a collection of visual cues that have impacted the artist and evoked memories of his childhood. The artist will present an interactive art work during the Third Thursday Art Walks June 20 and at 7:30p.m. Gastello has a UTube video of his presentation at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fAZGuOEll_c



Also showing is “Summer Splash” CCAA member show with photography, painting, ceramics and fine art gifts made by local artists. Mistlin Gallery hours are Tuesday – Friday 11:30 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. and is located at 1015 J Street, Modesto, 209-529-3369.
