NEW DATE - 12/15/13!
The twenty-first Boylan Heights ArtWalk is almost here. ArtWalk is a great way to start the holiday season and is always a popular event. Over a hundred artists and craftspeople will sell a wide range of glasswork, metalwork, woodwork, textiles and clothing, ceramics, drawings, photography, and painting from the neighborhood’s porches, yards, and sidewalks. Spend the day and check out what our local art scene has to offer. Admission is free. Food will be available throughout the day, including burritos (vegetarian and meat), pulled pork, wraps, and more.
Boylan Heights is located in downtown Raleigh between Hillsborough Street and Western Boulevard along Boylan Avenue. The event is free and parking is available along the street. Get your maps at the booth at the northern end of the neighborhood (at historic Montfort Hall) or at the corner of Cabarrus Street and S. Boylan Avenue. More information on ArtWalk can be found on the event’s Facebook page or at the Boylan Heights Neighborhood webpage.
