To reserve your space – seating is limited + there is a discount for those who sign up early: “Rising Sun.” Christine Goodis, Master stylist and owner of Salon Christine is generously hosting the workshop at her salon: 4900 Hatfield Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15201 – a warm and relaxed atmosphere that is in close proximity to our photo walk location.
This will be an opportunity to understand how to align your mind, eye and heart with the basic technical aspects of your DSLR camera + the creative components of photography.
At the end of this workshop, you will understand:
- DSLR Cameras, ISO, Aperture + Shutter Speed: the “Exposure Triangle.”
- How to achieve consistent exposures easily.
- What those DSLR camera dials are really meant to do for you.
- How to use M, Av and Tv to your advantage.
- How best to apply principles of composition.
- How different lenses + auto-focus works.
- Your camera adjustments for different “natural” light settings + when + how to add flash.
Bring your enthusiasm, questions, camera, lenses and compact flash cards. A photo walk is included with this workshop so you can immediately apply the information presented.
