Artist Exhibition

CHAC Gallery, known for displaying various styles of artwork from emerging, established and national renowned artists is hosting an exhibition of artist Robert Maestas’ works. Mr. Maestas is known for his beautiful glass and ceramic tile work but this exhibition will showcase his series of original ink works on canvas. The exhibition will open on 01/30/2013 and will be open for public viewing for 16 days through 02/23/2013. The opening is set for Friday February 1st, 2013 from 5-10pm.

Robert Maestas is originally from Espanola, New Mexico and a veteran of the US Armed Forces. He is a self taught Digital Artist, Photographer and Graphic Designer and has been creating art for over 16 years. Mr. Maestas was selected as the People’s Choice winner in a national art competition entitled “Art with a Story” and was also one of the 5,201 official entrants from around the world that submitted a concept to Lower Manhattan Develop Corporations 09/11/01 World Trade Center Memorial Competition for the design and creation of the Ground Zero Memorial in New York City.
