Holiday Feast of the Arts - Support Local Artists and Buy American this Holiday Season

Support Local Artists and Buy American this Holiday Season

5th Annual Holiday Feast of the Arts
Continues with this Annual Party
Meet the Artists at this Reception
Friday, December 21, 6-9pm

Six local artists have set the table with a feast of one-of-a-kind artwork, fine crafts, and jewelry by six awesome Denver area artists, perfectly priced for holiday decorating and giving throughout December.

Come Visit Us!

As the holidays approach, the giant foreign factories are kicking into high gear to provide Americans with piles of cheap goods for holiday giving and decorating -- merchandise that has been produced in another country solely for our consumption at the expense of American jobs. The holidays don't have to be about spending American dollars that go directly into foreign pockets.

This year can be different. This year Americans can give the gift of genuine support for other Americans. There is no longer an excuse that, at gift giving time, nothing can be found that is produced by American hands. Oh.... Yes there is!

This year think outside the big box stores and national chains. One of the best ways to keep American dollars in America is to support locally owned businesses. And when you're looking for unique and personal gifts look to local artists and crafts people.

This year don't get stressed getting up before dawn to go buy foreign made stuff on Black Friday. Sleep in and rest after the big Turkey Day. Then come to Purple Friday, November 23 (and Saturday and Sunday) at Anam Cara Studio & Gallery in Belmar from Noon to 6 each day. We have a feast of one-of-a-kind artwork, fine crafts, and jewelry by six awesome Denver area artists, perfectly priced for holiday decorating and giving throughout December.

Our 5th Annual Holiday Feast of the Arts serves up tasty eye-candy from six local artists. On the menu Ken Parks offers his breath-taking views of the foothills. Martha Pinkard-Willians shares her tasty nature-inspired paintings. Mike kloepfer serves up delectable celebrity caricature portraits designed to satisfy. Juli Scalzi creates photo illustrations that tantalize the palette.

And studio partners Carrie MaKenna and Craig Rouse offer a sample-plate of their thirty years of jewelry, art-making and design ready for take-out during the Holidays. Your table at this Feast of the Arts is all set and ready for you to enjoy.

Come to these special events to buy American, or stop by during our open hours, Tuesday - Saturday, noon-5pm, or you can call for an appointment.

In addition to the weekend after Thanksgiving. Our doors are open to the public with a reception to meet the artists Friday, December 7th, 6-9pm. This evening is in conjunction with the Belmar Block 7 Holiday Art Walk. If you can't make it on the 7th Join us for our 5th Annual Holiday Arts Open House Party, Friday, December 21st, 6-9pm.
