Community Art Exhibit at Sunnyside Library

ART EXHIBIT NOV 21, 2013—JANUARY 23, 2014
Receiving: 11:30 AM — 12:30 PM
SUNNYSIDE LIBRARY: 5566 E. Kings Canyon, Fresno, CA 93727 (SW Corner Clovis & Kings Canyon) Map on back. . Art is in reach of library patrons. Artists must be prepared to assist with hanging. Display cards will be provided. Sunnyside Library is a part of Art Hop.
Sculpture Metal, Clay, woodcarving, ceramics, paper Mache’, glass art, etc. are all acceptable media. Sculptures must weigh less than 20#, no wider than 12” at the base, no more than 18” high or large enough to sit on the floor. We will try to hang everything brought in but not all art may be hung due to space limitations.
All oils must be completely dry. Watercolor, Drawing and some types of mixed media must be under glass or plexi-glass, unless larger than 24” x 28” and then plexi-glass is required
All paintings, photographs or prints must be framed; gallery wrap is acceptable. Use of metal frames is at the risk of the artist.
Please use flat hangers with wires only, no Saw-tooth, eyelet hangers or quick frames and no screw eyes. The ends of the wire must be taped or sleeved.
Frames must be in good repair and ready to hang. The maximum size is 24 x 36 maximum weight 10 lbs.
