Years ago here in New Orleans I actually attended a Christmas in July party. Only in New Orleans would you attend a holiday themed party such as Christmas in the heat of 100 degree weather dressed in your finest winter attire.

The host decorated the entire house and it was so much fun. All the guest brought over a holiday desert, foods, presents. The host home was a cool 68 degrees, The guest wore winter attire to the party! Not a single detail was left off the check off list.

This should be an exciting and first ever Christmas in July photo contest.
