November Logo Contest for Images That Excite You f...

I'm back home from a great road trip just in time to kick off our contest to select a group logo for November. The rules are unchanged and as follows:

This is a members-only contest to allow the selection of a new logo for our group. Along with the winning image, the owner's name and link to their FAA site will be displayed on our group home page. Since we emphasize social media to promote our work, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winning images will be shared on Twitter, Facebook, Google+ and Pinterest (unless the owner declines). Group members are encouraged to join in promoting the winners. Of course, such promotion is always at your discretion. The winning image will be displayed throughout November.

Any of your images are eligible, whether or not they are already displayed in the group gallery. Of course they must conform to our family friendly rule. Each person may submit one image and will have two votes. In case of a tie, the winning images will be displayed as our logo one at a time for a month. The next contest will not be scheduled until after the last winning image is displayed.

This contest will be run monthly and is another opportunity for wider exposure of your work.

As a reminder, since this contest is to select the group logo, it is only open to group members. New members are certainly welcome to participate.

Each participant may submit 1 image.

1)   You must be a member of FineArtAmerica.com in order to cast votes in this contest.   Your account must have been active at least 30 days prior to the start of the contest in order to vote.

2)   You may only vote once per image.

3)   You may vote for a total of 2 different images... but again, only once for any given image.
