Free from anxiety

Many people on that busy world suffer from mental problems: depression, a lot of types of anxiety disorder.... I am the one of them and I believe that on FAA there are many many people like me. Art is a kind of therapy and I would like to see how You get on by posting an image that tells a lot about Your therapy, that important thing which is pushing You to start to fight with anxiety or depression with true hope.
You can post three images, any type of art.
