Design your own Conceptual Art Piece. Submit a PROPOSAL, containing:

1. Give the project a name.
2. State its objective.
3. What personnel & equipment would be necessary?
4. Where & when would this piece be enacted?
5. How would you document it?
6. How much would it cost?
7. What would the legal ramifications be?
8. Would you advertise it in advance? How? To whom?
9. Plan on how to get feedback from observers & participants.
10. How would you know if it was a success? What would 'success' be?
11. How would everyone benefit?

Each participant may submit 10 images.

1)   Votes may be cast by any visitor to FineArtAmerica.com (members and non-members).

2)   You may only vote once per image.

3)   You may vote for as many images as you like... but only once for any given image.
