New Mexico Painting sponsors a monthly contest themed to New Mexico. October is the world famous Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta.
Submit your best image of a hot air balloon.
Rules:
Family friendly.
No advertising or added writing.
Main theme of image must be about hot air balloons.
Submission Rules
Each participant may submit 1 image.
Voting Rules
1) Votes may be cast by any visitor to FineArtAmerica.com (members and non-members).
2) You may only vote once per image.
3) You may vote for a total of 7 different images... but again, only once for any given image.
