Tower Rock is not the only outcrop visible from this site, its just the most prominent. As I looked south from the Tower Rock parking lot I noticed that the bank had several outcrops of the same limestone formation. I hiked down into this area to get a different perspective of the icon, looking north. When I got here I noticed these rock outcrops too. Little pools of water somewhat separated but connected to the main channel. Little lagoons and interesting rock patterns. I regretted not bringing my tripod so that I could get some longer exposure shots here, but I shall leave that for the next visit.
