Underwater Photography

Shooting Underwater has been very challenging! Not only do you deal with subjects that absolutely do NOT want there picture taken but also a lot of dive gear strapped to your back! Your time is limited to one hour and the currents, back scatter and usually a dive buddy that does not want to hang out at one coral head for 30 minutes, adds to the pressure. So why do I do it???? I love watching the 'Underwater World' unfold!!! It is crazy down there! You have fish that mate for life, fish that fight for their life and fish that just cruise! You get to know which one's are very shy and those that will actually attack your camera! I get lost in there world every time I dive!
