The Women In Our Lives

What would we do with out the women who love us

The Women In Our Lives

Women and Men , so different yet so dependant on each other. I believe women are the heart and soul of our society. The voice of reason and compassion that bring us peace and comfort. No boy is more content than when he is in his mothers arms. No man happier than with the women he loves. No grand father prouder than when his grand daughter excels or gives him the hug only a grand daughter can give. No father's heart more touched than by a daughters love. Men of course love each other. Fathers, sons and brothers but in a reserved way seeming to be careful to not show too much affection because it might not seem manly in some way. Most women have no such qualms . Sorry guys I don't mean to offend but most of us need to loosen up a bit. There is nothing wrong with showing some love. The more love the better the relationship. I speak from experience. I can see my wife reading this and thinking I should take my own advice.

Love is the greatest gift we receive in this life and so often taken for granted. As a young boy I received no love from a man that I can recall just my mother. I was the oldest of seven boys and we all loved each other but never really thought to show it much. The only time it was evident was when one of us was threatened and we united against the threat. I'm not even sure if that was love or self preservation as we were poor and times were tough.

My wife and daughters have taught me what love is all about. They all work with me in our business. The experience of having two daughters by our side in our business has been the most cherished part of our lives for my wife and I. I know it has been hard for them and they only do it for us. Both are so capable and would probably do much better financially with a larger firm. Business is always difficult and It is especially difficult to watch your children take the brunt of angry customers, unhappy employees, cruel competitors and heartless government agencies. I know they worry about the stress I go through daily. All part of being in business.

The glue that holds it all together and our secret weapon is love. That love filters through our whole business because we care about each other so how could we not care about our customers. We have to care because that is our way. Many may say that is no way to run a business and they may make more money. We understand that. We'll take our way. In closing God Bless the women in our lives who inspire us, encourage us, support us, comfort us and last but not least love us.
