The Use of My Images

Within the last year I have found on the internet several images of mine being used without my permission. The images I create and post to FAA are for sale to private collectors. If you are a business or an individual wanting to buy my image and limited rights, please contact me to discuss terms of purchase and use. My images are copyrighted by me when they were created. Every one of my images contains my name and year it was created. The use my images on any other website, publication, or in any manner by any individual, corporation, government, or entity is prohibited by copyright laws and DMCA (Digital Millenium Copyright Act).
When you purchase one of my images you are not buying the copyrights to that image, those remain with me. You are purchasing the image for you to use in your home or office as a decoration, part of a collection, or as a card for you and others to appreciate. Please do not photograph, scan, copy, paint, or draw my images using any current or future technology and then try to pass it as your own creation. That is considered to be a violation of my copyright and can result in my pursuing the violation in a court of law. Thank you for reading this blog and taking an interest in my photography.
