The Road to Wendover

The road to Wendover Nevada from Utah is such a beautiful drive in the evening. The sunset on the salt water is so different each time we go to Wendover that it is a different experience each time. In the spring when the water is higher than normal the salt and the sun makes glorious scenes together. The combination of mountains, clouds, salt and sun together makes a music all of its own in your heart.
The Road to Wendover painting is one of my first attempts to portray what I have seen , although I didn't do it justice it might give you a small taste of my heart for this place. The Great Salt Flats of Utah.
