The Astronaut

I entered two pieces (The Monster) and (Alien Monster) in a contest called Animation Or Cartoon. After uploading my submissions I put the bonus disc from the movie Unbreakable in and watched a featurette about comic books. As the featurette played I quickly painted a watercolor of an astronaut. The painting is supposed to show an astronaut from 2001 A Space Odyssey looking at the monolith on the moon. The painting shows the monolith and the earth reflected in the visor of the astronaut.
