That Girl

One blustery day down along the South Texas shoreline, a young woman was walking at a good clip along the seawall with a gift grasped tightly in her arms. Obviously, she was going to a graduation ceremony being held down the same street. What thoughts were gliding through her mind as she made her way into the wind with singleness of purpose.
Of course I will never know her or how the rest of her life turns out but we can be glad our trusty camera was close at hand to capture an image that could not have been posed.
That moment of her life has been memorialized in a photo, a study for a painting and soon coming to your area a full blown painting, to testify to that one moment in time.
So, I say again, be sure and keep your camera handy.
