SPRING and finally some word from friends in Myanmar

Well after in snowing on us March 28th - It looks like were finally getting a little warm-up. We are so incredibly blessed to live in such a wonderful area! I was able to see the sunset at 8:45pm last night! What a change from the 3:40pm winter sunsets.
Today we got great news from some friends in Myanmar! Jessica & Kenny (married couple from Bellingham) have been living abroad in Myanmar for the past 2 years studying/teaching - we just got word that thier okay - no injuries, but the school they worked at has been destroyed. Due to the school being closed - it sounds like they'll be coming back to the States permanently. Mixed emotions for them, but relieve for their friends and family here!
