Small works

The ARTSpot Edmonds is hosting a 25X25 Creativity Challenge whereby local artists create 25 small works of 5"x5" within 25 days. The exhibit will run from April 16 through May 20, 2015 with over 600 works on display.

I've always wanted to create a collection of small works, and this has been a great catalyst for new ideas and venues. After the paintings are finished for the show, I will continue to create small works of sites from around the beautiful Puget Sound. This is a doable way for me to complete paintings in the evenings and weekends and to build inventory for my Etsy Shop and for art shows in the future.
