Ring The Changes

Hi folks this is my first ever post, I hope I don't bore you all!
If you take a look at my portfolio you can see that I'm generally a landscape photographer. Although now and then I like to ring the changes and do something a little different, to try and keep my portfolio more interesting and less 'samey'. So I'll do some food photography or nature or macro for example. Lately I have stuck to landscape, but changed from daytime to night time and have been shooting the Milky Way in all it's glory! I think this keeps a portfolio 'alive', don't you?
I live in south west France, and the Lot department, where I'm resident is one of the prettiest departments of France in my opinion. However, even here I feel my work could start to stagnate if I don't wander further afield. So with this in mind I have recently bought a caravan, and will shortly start visiting other areas of France and go into Spain. I'm looking for shots I can't get around here, the sea, mountains, beautiful towns like Biarritz (Europe's surfing capital) and deserts like the Bardenas Reales in northern Spain. Generally I want to punch some drama into my portfolio and have fun along the way.
I'll be writing regular updates along the way, and even possibly shooting one or two short videos, we'll see.
