Neeley respectfully asks the Eighth Circuit to order the FCC to regulate wire communications and order Google Inc and Microsoft Corporation to cease returning nude images done by Neeley and disclosed with adult filtration bypassed now for minors and others by Google Inc. The amended complaint will leave numerous issues for trial and
appeal results will immediately make this the most universally impacting case EVER or .....
result in absolutely nothing but more legal wrangling in United States’ overworked courts perhaps eventually leading to complete dismissal.
