This body of work is the result of Theogenes Jose Garcia-Luina of Amelia Island, Florida efforts over the past 2 years of painting. He hopes that you enjoy his creations and his expansive use of color. Presently he is using a combination of watercolors, dimensional paints & color markers for his designs.
