I am Ron Evans the artist who started my love of image making, by painting with brush oil paint and canvas, which I thoroughly enjoyed and then went on to exhibit locally, In my quest to create quality oil paintings, I decided to buy a good 35mm SLR film camera mainly to take reference shots for ideas and possible locations. However the more I set foot out doors the more photography took over, to the point where I began making some steady sales from images taken, and then increasingly so, I decided to turn professional that lead me to supply many international Photo Libraries now totaling some 10,000 images...
However let me get to what I think is the most interesting part of this blog, this is about using the a camera in a unorthodox way to create impressionistic light paintings and not photography as we know it today, I find myself drawn again to creating painterly images of nature.The way that this ahieved is by ? ...............................................................to be continued
