One of 7,280,000,000

On a normal day, I pass by close to 50-100 people per day (not counting those I drive by). Each one being unique with thier own lives, personalities, looks, needs, pains, joys, etc... I am momentarily connected to them - maybe by a glance, a nod, a glimpse, holding a door open, and the occasional "hi". Yet, I don't take the time to really acknowledge who they are.

So in 2015, my goal will to connect with a stranger at least once per week. Take the time to meet a complete stranger by approaching them, talking with them and taking a portrait of them. Not to notch a portrait on my camera strap, but to show them the uniqueness of who they are. To capture a bit of thier personality in the depth of thier eyes. I may never again see any of these people, but I want to show the world and them that each one is unique and never the same as the other 7 billion people on earth.
