Obama has failed

What he needs to do is think like a bank. You just don't walk in a bank and hand them billion's of dollars and have them only sign a contract that you made. What you do is have a staff of your own to follow that money to see if it is in your best interest. I feel there has been to much trust in just words and no action. If we can give that money then we can afford to have American workers making sure it is in the right hands and doing what it is designed for, or why give it. If not you should just throw it in the wind and let it drift , or just burn it. Obama will keep us accountable to pay it back that is for sure but he should make sure the money is guarantied.
