This is the reason I started painting :

Thank you to my number one fan, my support system. My deceased brother never gave up on me or my
dreams. He was there when I received my first sale at my high school in 1993. I shared my acceptance into art school
in New York with him. We were neighbors. He saw my first fashion show on campus and my graduating senior art show.
When God needed an angel, I lost my best friend.
My brother left me a note with a gift to support my dream. The note said" never give up, keep painting."
I'm still trying even when I wanted to give up.
