My Garden En Plein Air

Having switched to oils over the summer, I have also turned my attention to en plein air. I watched a video by Harold Johnson that every artist should watch. It focused on inspiration. He said that you have to get out and find it, that there is nothing inspirational in the studio. Of course, if your studio is large and you're painting from a model or still life, that is different. But his point was well taken and I went outside to find inspiration. I didn't have to go far because I found it in my garden.
