Me and My Shadow

"Me & My Shadow." So, I'm trying to take a picture of my hanging plants. I end up getting distracted and end up with a picture of me and my shadow. Now, interestingly enough, I find my shadow picture very intriguing and humorous! Too funny! So, that's what my legs look like! A friend of my from work once affectionately referred to my legs as "chicken legs," and as I look at my legs in the shadow, I have a tendency to agree with her! The really funny thing about this photo of my shadow, is it really reminds me of my painting! How so, you say? Well, I start out with one idea in mind. Sometimes it's very challenging getting what's in my heart onto a piece of wood! So, as Bob Ross (the famous painter on PBS) states, "Be on the lookout for happy accidents!" This photo was one of those "happy accidents." This image is much more interesting to me than what I was actually trying to take a picture of! I think it's hysterical that I managed even to get my shoes in the picture! I couldn't have composed anything better had I actually tried to compose a photo of this sort! So, today, I wish everyone "happy accidents." Expect the unexpected! Look out for all the possibilities coming your way! Be aware that what you think you're looking for might actually be something else! Be open to whatever comes your way because it might be much better than you could have possibly anticipated!:)
