I think it takes alot of courage to do what your doing and your words touched me. I hope that you have a happy life and keep creating art. I have been having lots of issues creating my art due to my mental illness so seeing your post gave me comfort and thank you for opening up about your illness and I wish well.

Greetings, Thank You for your inspiring article, I am a two time cancer survivor (in seven years), you can imagine how weak I can feel some days, but still I try to paint because I love it. Every painting I do ..... I give away to Family or friends, my wife is unhappy about this because she wants an art piece for herself, :) .... I paint slowly and not for a long time (two-to-three hours a day) then I get tired and take a satisfied rest. I paint in acrylics and watercolor - sometimes in ink too.

I have a number of chronic illnesses I deal with. I'm having to rethink how I did things before to how I can still accomplish my goals now. Trial and error with medication and lots of doctor appointments I'm finally seeing a bit of positive progress. This has taken three years and a toll on my confidence. Do what you can, not focus on what you can't. I wish everyone the best in their creative endeavors!
