I Share Techniques On How To Paint On Silk

I am greatly impressed with your beautiful silk paintings. You say that you use water based paints. What brand of paint do you use? Do you steam set them, or heat set them with an iron? The Jacquard Dye Na Flow paints that I use require an iron to set the color. I have only painted one silk in my life. I would like more brilliant colors, but, I can't use expensive steamers to set the dye. Do you use dyes, or paint? I'm trying to get brilliant color without having to steam set them.
