Hello, FAA

I just signed up not even 10 minutes ago. After reading the "About" section of the site, I couldn't wait to get started. But, I'm curious and need to ask for a little help. My name is Meghan Shapley, I'm 16 years old from North Carolina. Every one tells me I have a great talent for drawing and painting, and I was given the link to this site by a friend. So, since I am 16 I need advice on what to do. Since I am, I can't make a Paypal by myself or get a credit card.
