I am a full time student in my Bachelors program at Humboldt State University studying research psychology. Beside school and research my favorite activity is to be out in nature. Everyday my family and I go outdoors hiking around enjoying nature. I have discovered though research that nature can lead to better well-being in our daily lives, however most people do not have the chance to get out and enjoy its beautiful healing powers. Studies show that just viewing nature can enhance your well-being levels.
