Flower Power

I started a new album and new journey today. First, HAPPY EASTER!! Now, the particular gallery I painted full of many different colored flowers. I started off, as usual, using my digital skills to unwind but this gallery took on a life of its own. I became inspired and compelled to make reference how wrong discrimination is in any form in this world. My creative way of expressing these feelings included the following procedure:
First -- I always have to put on my music.
Second -- I used the digital photograph and used digital painting skills to turn the flowers into paintings. That is the first flower in each group (which, take notice, is named after a song; usually one I am listening to at the time).
Third - I used the feature that does nothing more than change the color scheme. It in no way changes the tools or brushes used in the painting. In fact, it is an exact replicate.
Fourth - I then named each flower after it's parent flower except extending that to include the different colors.
Fifth - What is my message???
Please look at each flower and notice that, although they are different colors on the surface; their technique and brush strokes are identical. This is to show that no matter how each flower looks on the outside; in the manipulation of each flower; nothing has changed and is the exact same.
This, my friends, is how I expressively recreate a message I have which is that discrimination is wrong and no one should be judged by their appearance.
Please take note of this as you view the pictures.
Regards,
