Fall Photography to Winter Blues

Fall come in so quick i am hardly prepared so many shot to get with so little time. I wait all year for the reds and yellows to peculate color to my images. do i shoot my waterfalls or go to the rural landscapes and find the old barn or tractors abandoned in the fields. How do I shoot this with a meaning, with so much visual stimulation i find it hard to leave something out and produce busy pictures that has place but lack a photographic subject and meaning. Fall it is hard to focus to a photographic subject and tell the story but oh it is so much fun to smell the leaves of fall, the burning wood and a relief from the harsh light and heat of summer. It comes to pass that Fall leaves way to Winter and the cold winds and everything takes on shades of white and cool blues. i start over again looking for a purpose for the shot in the depth of winter. something to warm my heart as the camera and my body freezes searching for again a purpose and simplicity to tell my story.
Every season has a challenge and overcoming the challenge gives me great images and great joy.
