I can look back on what was entered to a show previously so as to not duplicate an entry again.... good records do help my memory! If an award is received or a sale happens, that is duly recorded for an inspiring memory. I also like this kind of document to help me when I write grants, press releases and resumes. Lately I have taken to using an excel spreadsheet for record keeping also as it is easier to move information around. Best wishes to you in your own record keeping!

This is a busy fall! dear reader/ I have a wonderful circle of friends who help me get paintings to or from the art connections I can not make on my own. When you live 100 miles from the metro area where many art events take place, you get creative. I included many items of interest in my blog that I keep in my own word files. Not only the: who, what, where, why, when..... but also information I will need in my records in future years.
