How to start a blog....always difficult for me since I've been taught forever not to give viewers my opinions about the work I complete. I was always instructed to let viewers form their own viewpoints when looking at my images. Well, things have changed. I'll try to reveal more behind the work. I rarely have a complete idea or goal when I start a piece. They generally follow their own path and slowly but surely lines and shapes reveal themselves when I'm most lost in the work.
