A few favorite gym exercises of mine. I have always loved to bench, from when I first started, even till now. It’s easy, you don’t need much of an at home gym set for bench pressing and it pays off. However if you don’t have enough space, or money but like to work out one of the things you can do is isometric body training. Isometric training uses your own body weight for workouts. Twisting crunches, pushups and even punch/kick freestyles. These workouts won't turn you into Arnold but you will see results because of the high cardio workouts.
