Excited to Know

Well back on August 12th I turned in "All in Trees", "Serenity", and "Calming Waters" into the Oregon State Fair. Today is the day jurors decide the pieces that win a ribbon. The possible ribbons to be won are 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. There is "Best in Show" ribbon and then "People's Choice". Contestants will not know the final judgment until this Saturday August 23rd. It would be very exciting if I did win the contest, but I am ok if I don't. There are so many talented individuals out there! I mean really, there is! I entered the 3 most recent pieces that I created with finger-painting. I will keep you posted on the results!
