Dutch heritage photography for free

Let's give this new (I think, I suspect, I hope...) concept a try. For all of you out there with Dutch ancestry, or possibly even Dutch migrants themselves, now is your chance to send me off on a wild goose chase to shoot any particular village, town, house or other location or object near and dear to your heart anywhere in the Netherlands. There's no cost to you, no obligation to buy anything at all. The time spent is all my own, the travel expenses are mine and the time spent processing images is on me as well.

So where's the catch, you might ask? Well, there really is no catch. I'm always on the lookout for inspiration as to where to go to next so you are providing me with valuable location information, maybe some inside tips on what to see, where to look. I don't jump to order and the Dutch weather is notorious for not cooperating so things may take a while but that is all.

I'll post the image(s) to a gallery on this site, send you the link and you may either decide to buy a canvas or print off the site (in which case I've won double: I've had fun shooting in interesting places and I'll earn a commission fee) or you might just have a look-see, thank me profusely and be on your merry way (in which case I still won because I will have some awesome images of a place I would have never visited on my own account).

So you see, this really is a win-win proposition to me as well as to you. No hangups, no forced selling at gunpoint and if you do end up buying a print: good for you! If you don't: thanks anyway!
