Day 2 of Owning my Own Website

I am starting to get excited about the possibilities of owning my own website. I have wanted to for a while but wasn't prepared to do all the work that went along with it. Not only was I not prepared, I don't think I had any idea all the things that were involved. I am on a steep learning curve. But I think it will be worth it. Currently, I am trying to figure out how to verify my account with google but I am finding it EXTREMELY CONFUSING. I have watched a help tutorial on youtube.com a few times and it just seems like the information is swimming around in my head but can't hold on to anything...so just flitters away. I swear that these 'important details' will drag the creative right out of my body! I am reminding myself that once things are up and running, I will be able to focus soley on painting. And that is ultimately what I hope to achieve.
