Customer Responce To My First Sale on Fine Art America

A few days after joining FAA (Fine Art America) I was very pleased to have sold three framed and matted prints to a man in Northern Alberta. He was originally from a town in Newfoundland where the photo was taken and emailed me expressing his excitement and anticipation in receiving them.
Being new to FAA and not really knowing or having seen a finished product myself I emailed him back of coarse thanking him, but also asking him to email me if he was not satisfied with the finished product in anyway!
This is what I received back two weeks later.

Hey Robin,
We have received all of the prints now and they are phenominal!!!!! R** and C** (fisherman) were so surprised and excited there were no words to express their gratitude. It really touched them! We can't thank you enough. The pictures came out unbelievably clear and the frame work is also excellent. Again a very professional job. You are getting the publicity now lol!! Everyone that sees the picture compliments it and can't believe how good it is. Again thank you and we look forward to the next prints.
