Contests And Groups

ok, so not the best picture compositionally and the resolution is weak--this was taken with a tiny little phone camera, not even a smart phone, so no pre-processing editing possible; but I saw the title of the contest, Beautiful Animals, and immediately thought of this, which I like to think of as Petey's 'glamor shot'. He is no longer my cat--he lives with my daughter and grandson and a little female kitty--but I still think he's a beautiful cat. So didn't really post it for sale so much as to share via the contest.

I went to the groups page and realized it will take a while to find the ones that will suit me best, there are so many! I hope to have more time to actively participate in the coming year. So that's a task for the holiday downtime: culling that huge list of groups down to a handful and then just a few. Wish me luck.
