Can you build a website?

Faces Not Forgotten paints portraits of children who were killed by gun violence and donates these portraits to the victim's family. We are trying to raise awareness about gun violence in the USA as well as provide a memorial for the children who have passed.

We are asking if anyone would be willing do donate their time to build us a simple website. We have purchased a domain name and have all the content for the website ready to go, we just need someone to build it. Sadly, we are running this project on a shoestring budget and cannot afford to pay a web designer.
