Black Tie Event

It was great to be involved with a local event, to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Rugby Club. I was there as the Official Photographer. Using a collapsible backdrop mounted on a stand, and two speedlight flashes fired through 60cm square softboxes...the studio style images were accomplished.
The flash units were set to the left and right of the camera about 6 feet from the subjects. To give some shape to the lighting the unit to the left was set on 1/4 power and the other to 1/8 power. Achieving f5.6 at ISO 100.
